COGEA's focus on quality dates back to 2002 (our quality and environmental policy, our gender equality policy).
Since 2002, the activities carried out by COGEA have been regulated by a UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 certified Quality System (Certificate n.7096/02/S dated 30/05/2017).
As shown by the path undertaken by the company in 2002, respect for the environment represents for COGEA's management and for its resources an important goal to be achieved through daily commitment. The sensitivity developed over the years towards the principles of environmental protection and eco-sustainable growth has led us to assume the commitment to operate with a view to reducing our consumption and environmental impact, adopting all the necessary measures to achieve this objective and to raise awareness and responsibility among customers, suppliers and other. COGEA holds a UNI EN ISO 14001:2015 environmental management system certification (Certificate no. EMS-6885/S dated 20/09/2017).
Moreover, also in order to comply with the obligations laid down in the Italian Legislative Decree 81/08, COGEA promotes a culture of safety in the workplace through the adoption of a specific health and safety policy, which has led the company to acquire an ISO 45001:2018 certification, the first ISO standard aimed at certifying management systems for health and safety at work.
In March 2020, COGEA obtained the ISO/IEC 27001:2013 - UNI CEI EN ISO /IEC 27001:2017 Information Security Management System Certification (Certificate no. 596/20 of 23 March 2023), in order to standardise the entire information security sector, risk management and above all the effectiveness of the security systems implemented and their implementation methods.
Since 2023, COGEA has been certified with ISO 30415:2021 - Human Resources Management - Diversity and Inclusion (Certificate no. 33/23 of 3 February 2023), the first international certification for an effective application of "Diversity & Inclusion" principles into business processes.
Since 5 September 2023, Cogea hs been certified with UNI/PdR 125:2022 (Certificate no. PDR125-119/23), having actioned measures to guarantee gender equality in the work environment.
